Before you return an Nohea product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. No two Gemstones(or pearls) are alike, therefore the final product may vary slightly its picture and in depiction of weight of gemstones.
All our products go through quality control and sanitization before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and the barcode tag must not be tampered with).

Note:. For damaged / defective products, we will issue a refund only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced. The value of the credit coupon / refund to your account will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.. If you return an item because “you no longer need it”, we will not refund the shipping charges.
We request you to write to us on our email address firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 9711389969 in detail with supporting images of the product defect, your order details and contact information within 24 hours of delivery from Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM (IST). We will respond to you within 48 hours with a solution

In order to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.. At nohea we know how important it is for you to maintain your privacy. We will ship out orders in a protected and concealed packaging.. We generally dispatch your order within 24-48 hrs, you may expect the order to be delivered to you within 3-5 days in major cities and 7-9 days in other locations depending upon your pin code.. Once dispatched you will be able to track your order online.. For the replacement or repair of the product shipping charge would be paid by the customer. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may always not be possible due to product availability. We will inform you in such cases via mail.
